• Currently working as Sr. Project Manager for ACI worldwide. Managing projects for Merchant Fraud protection and monitoring (RedShield) and Payment Gateway integration (PAY.ON) in APAC region. The project team is based in Australia, UK, Germany, Singapore, Japan and Romania.
• Responsible for project governance, producing weekly reports, maintaining various project logs which include the development of issue resolution and risk mitigation plans.
• Responsible for managing multiple active projects and their deliverables, which involve multiple departments and products, ensuring all cross-functional dependencies are identified, managed and resolved.
• Manage all aspects of the project delivery from Start Up through to Project Closure and handover to Business As Usual (BAU).
• Identified, assessed and managed project risks and dependencies. Managed Risk register throughout project lifecycle. Planned and managed risk response strategies to reduce project threats and increase opportunities.

• Leading the planning and development of the kayak sharing platform Sharekayak  & owning all operational aspects of bringing the product to market.
• Building an asset sharing platform. It will allow anyone to share any asset (Kayak) with anyone else to generate extra income.
• Creating a prioritized product roadmap to keep all key stakeholders informed, reducing the uncertainties of product deliveries and commitments.
